The countdown continues...

Just 14 days until you can try our famous hamburgers and hot dogs.  We will be very busy on the midway starting next Monday when we set up the rides and bring out the booths.  If you have some time to help stop by, we have jobs for every ability, large and small.  Check out our Set-up schedule on the Casco Days Volunteers page and keep us in mind during Clean-up too.  We can always use an extra hand!

I've meet the nicest people at the Casco Day Fair. It's been fun chatting up everyone. My favorite part is the parade catching plastic bead necklaces and placing them around the necks of the residents of the nursing home. Catching a t-shirt and giving it to a little boy laid out on the lawn in a leg cast, or taking the candy tossed to us, turning around and tossing it deeper in to the crowd and listening to squeals of delight.

These are the memories that float into my mind during a pleasant day dream. Ah!
